About Zachary.
Zachary was born and raised in the shadow of Mt. Katahdin, in Sherman, Maine. He later moved downeast and graduated from Machias Memorial High School before attending the University of Maine in Orono, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management, cum laude. Zachary went on to earn his master’s degree in Business Administration at the University of New Haven in Connecticut, before returning to Maine to study law at the University of Maine School of Law in Portland. While at Maine Law, Zachary interned with the Maine Office of the Attorney General and the Conservation Law Foundation.
Zachary’s legal practice involves representing clients interests in both litigation and transactional matters.
On the litigation side Zachary has quickly developed a reputation as one of Hancock County’s top up and coming litigators and advocates, with a holistic, solutions focused approach to serving his client’s needs. Zachary’s litigation practice includes civil litigation, criminal defense, divorces, child custody, evictions (forcible entry and detainer), real estate litigation, and probate litigation.
Outside of the courtroom, Zachary represents individuals and corporate clients in real estate transactions, title work, corporate formations and agency, and estate planning matters.
Zachary and his wife, Mary, live in Sedgwick, Maine with their two sons, and dog.
Zachary is admitted to practice in the State of Maine and the United States District Court for the District of Maine.
